🦘Our next Bridgewater University series; a four-class deep dive into the land down-under, Australia!
🐨Each class will have six wines organized into three side-by-side comparisons for a total of 24 wines! Small bites will be provided as well.
🍷The classes will be organized thematically rather than geographically:
🦘Myth vs Reality, does the reputation of Australian wines still hold true? (May 18 Leland, May 20 Porters Neck)
🐨Old Guard vs New Wave, tradition vs the vanguard. Which team are you on? (June 1 Leland, June 3 Porters Neck)
🦘Hot and Cold, Australia is hot, but some of the best wines are made in the cool pockets. (June 15 Leland, June 17 Porters Neck)
🐨The Case for Greatness, Australian wines can hold their own against the world’s best. Let’s try them together. (June 29 Leland, July 1 Porters Neck)
🍷Of course we’ll have wines from all the major regions; Barossa, McLaren Vale, Margaret River, etc.; but you’ll also explore the lesser-known regions! Great Southern, Coonawara, Yarra and more! But we promise, no Vegemite 😊
