Niman Ranch was started in the 1970's as a small, family farm in California. By the 1990's, Niman beef was found on the menus of some of the best chefs in the country, including Thomas Keller (who's Napa Valley Restaurant French Laundry is widely considered the best in the country). Today, Niman Ranch has grown into a collective of small family farms who commit to raising cattle free-range and fed on grass. No antibiotics or hormones are ever given at any stage.
This is some of the best beef you can get in the United States and we're proud to offer Niman Ranch in both Leland and Porters Neck! Ribeye Steaks for $49.75 and Tenderloin at $52.75, and unlike most steakhouses, we give you the side dishes!
